By accessing or using the WorksiteHQ platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Service description

WorksiteHQ provides a contractor compliance management platform that tracks contractor documents, computes Approved-to-Work status using a deterministic engine, and generates compliance reports.

Billing and payment

Subscription fees are billed in Australian dollars (AUD) on either a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law.

Your data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to WorksiteHQ. All data is isolated by organisation. You may export your data at any time.
